    Whether you have a cold, allergies, or both, Drixine® Nasal Sprays can help relieve your nasal congestion when used as directed. All Drixine® nasal sprays contain the same active ingredient, Oxymetazoline hydrochloride. You can learn more about each product from the product page.

    Drixine® No Drip Formula nasal sprays come in a pump mist bottle with a unique thixotropic formula that stays where it sprays, reducing unpleasant dripping from the nose or down the throat. Drixine® Decongestant Nasal Spray comes in a squeeze bottle. Each one works in minutes and provides up to 12 hours of nasal congestion relief due to cold or allergies.

    Drixine® nasal sprays contain 500 mcg/mL oxymetazoline hydrochloride.
    15 mL bottle for all Drixine® products.

    Adults and children 6 years and over: 2 - 3 sprays in each nostril every 10-12 hours when necessary. A maximum of 2 doses in 24 hours.

    You can only use Drixine® products for a maximum of 3 days, unless advised by a Doctor or Pharmacist.
    1. Blow nose gently to clear.
    2. Insert nozzle into the nostril and squeeze bottle firmly while sniffing deeply.
    3. Withdraw nozzle and repeat in other nostril.
    4. After use, wipe nozzle and replace cap.
    5. Each pack should be used by only one person, for reasons of hygiene.

    1. Shake well before use.
    2. Before using for the first time, remove the protective cap from the tip of the device and prime the metered pump by decompressing pump firmly several times.
    3. Blow nose gently to clear.
    4. To spray, hold bottle with thumb at base and nozzle between first and second fingers.
    5. Without tilting the head, insert nozzle into nostril.
    6. Fully depress rim with a firm, even stroke and inhale deeply.
    7. After use, wipe nozzle and replace cap.
    8. Each pack should be used by only one person, for reasons of hygiene. 

    Drixine® nasal sprays are indicated for use in children 6 years and over and adults to provide temporary relief from blocked nose due to:

    • Colds and flu
    • Allergies including hayfever
    • Sinusitis

    We recommend that pregnant women consult with their doctor before starting Drixine® Nasal Spray. Your doctor will discuss the possible risks and benefits of using this medication during pregnancy.
